She will now be representing the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest final in Portugal on 12th May.

Head of Performing Arts, Richard Fredman said, "It is impossible to think of anyone who is warmer or more supportive of others than Susanna Cork. Just before Christmas, in the middle of her preparations for this thoroughly deserved success, she was still making the time to visit Hills Road to share her skills with the next generation of performers. She has an indomitable energy and a great sense of fun; always encouraging and enthusing others."

"My favourite memory of her is when she was Musical Director for our college production of Les Miserables. Suspended on a platform two metres above the stage and having just run a hip-hop warm-up for the cast, the band was a pianist down, so Susanna proceeded to play 1st piano whilst conducting the entire show with her head. I am so delighted that her extraordinary talent is finally being recognised.”

Congratulations Susanna and Good Luck at the Eurovision Song Contest in May!
